Order Processing & Shipping
Each order will be processed and confirmed within 1-2 days. Orders that are in stock or readily available will be shipped the following day. For orders that are not readily available, Axalplus Inc. staff will contact each customers and proceed from there.

Free Shipping
Axalplus.com offers FREE SHIPPING on specific product mark with FREE SHIPPING. This offer is ONLY valid for Continental USA shipping addresses. No PO Box is allowed.

Payment Types
Axalplus Inc. accepts the following Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within the state of Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax (currently 8.25%).

Returns Policy
Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on any sterilization product(s) (such as needles, ink, and etc), special orders or items over 10 days old (this term is based on postal stamp on item package). Please contact us using email within the 10 days period to obtain a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization), no returns without an RGA number. Manufacturer warranty ONLY.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This applies to only merchandise that can still be returned and refundable.

Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email us to change your order.

When you are placing an order with us, security is our number one priority. All your information is securely stored in our database and communication related to your accounts, orders, and significant information is secured by SSL technology.
