"The needles are great and the price couldn't be better. I'm writing this, though, more as a letter of appreciation and recommendation for the people at Axalplus. I didn't get his full name, but I spoke with a Mr.Z on a Sunday evening (expecting to reach an anwering machine), and he was more than helpful. Not only did he patiently guide me through something I misunderstood regarding their website, he called 15 minutes later just to make sure the issue was resolved. I order from New York, where one store (above all) holds the tattoo-supply monopoly, and the prices and even quality of tubes (especially the shovel-tips) and grips don't compare to the wares of Axal Plus. I'm very grateful for their service. Hopefully, they might eventually add ointments, tape, ink, and gloves to their catalog, so that I might make them my exclusive supplier of all things tattoo. Again, thank you very much, I've been recommending you to friends. Take care."
